Technical Skills

·         Excellent hands on experience on following Products:

·         Cisco Nexus switches 7K,5K,2K series switches

·         Cisco Catalyst 6500, 4500,3750 and 2900 series switches

·         Cisco 3800 series routers

·         Aruba Wireless  LAN Controllers, Access Points and Aruba Airwave

·         Cisco IOS Software

·         Any Network Management System (HPOV, NNM, Solar Winds ORION etc.) 

Excellent hands on experience on the following Technologies:

·         Routing Protocols  - OSPF, EIGRP, BGP

·         Switching - L2 and L3 LAN switching technologies, VLANs, IEEE802.1Q   Trunking, EtherChannel, Port security

·         MPLS, MPLS/VPN, MP-BGP,DMVPN,QOS

·         Wireless LANs 

Excellent knowledge on the following:

·                 TCP/IP protocol suite

·                 Application protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL etc.

·                 Network Security - IPSec VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS

·                 Wireless Networking Technologies, Wireless LAN security

·                 DHCP and DNS Architecture

·                 Network Firewalls - NAT, PAT

·                 Knowledge of Netscaler will be preferred. 

·                 Excellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time.

·                 Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly interact with the customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the off-shore team. Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change and Incident management meetings.

·                 Excellent leadership skills.

·                 CCNP Certification Required.

·                 Minimum 6 Years of Domain Experience.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the LANDesk Management System and analysis across the global enterprise (3000+ managed devices). This individual will provide technical and functional LANDesk expertise across a broad range of platforms and technologies and as such must have a broad range of technical knowledge and experience. This position is responsible for coordinating LANDesk Management system processes such as OS deployment, provisioning, license auditing, security patch & compliance of corporate, all field devices, and reconciling and auditing the internal LANDesk inventory database to eliminate discrepancies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•       Responsible for all aspects of LANDesk Management Suite (LDMS), LANDesk Security Suite (LDSS), LANDesk Data Analytics (LDDA), and LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance (CSA)

•       Ensure complete & accurate systems and software Discovery & Inventory In accordance with standards; facilitate software licensing monitoring & management

•       Maintain Self Service Portal

•       Facilitate Mobile Device Management capabilities

•       Define and facilitate Policy Enforcement

•       Ensure standards and build specifications are consistently applied and maintain Software Distribution environment

•       Ensure Remote Control functionality

•       Define, create and support OS Imaging, Provisioning and post deployment activities including Hardware-Independent Provisioning

•       Create and distribute Reports and Dashboards to various business units and departments

•       Responsible for Patch Management activities on workstations, and servers

•       Define, create and support Application Blocking

·         Apply ALM patches periodically

Qualifications:

•       LDMS (management suite) experience in large enterprise environments

•       Experience with multiple core CSA (cloud service appliance) environment

•       LDSS (security suite) experience

•       LPM (power management) experience

•       ALM (data analytics/asset management) experience

•       Advanced scripting PowerShell

•       Microsoft SQL experience.

•       LANDesk Certification Preferred

•       Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCDBA)

•       Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent experience
