-       Location: Memphis, TN

-       Project Duration: 2 months (650 hours)

Job Description Detail:

Expertise needed for SOW #20 relates to the following software tools:

·         HP UCMDB /UD

·         HP Service Manager (SM)

·         HP Business Service Management (BSM)

·         HP Business Process Management (BPM)

·         HP Diagnostics

·         HP Real User Experience Monitor (RUM)

·         HP System Health

2 remaining deliverables needed for SOW #20 related to the software tools listed above:

·          Service Activity #1 – Develop and Implement ITIL-ITSM Processes

·         Service Description—

 Develop one (1) each of

·         o Incident Management Process Guide

·         o Problem Management Process Guide

·         o Change Management Process Guide

·         o Event Management Process Guide

·         o IT Asset Management/ Universal Configuration Management Database (uCMDB) Process Guide

·         o Patch Management Process Guide

·          Assist AutoZone with the establishment of the Service Management Office (SMO)

·          Assist AutoZone with the establishment of the Process Implementation and Optimization Board (PIOB)

·          Deliver ITSM process knowledge transfer

·          Develop ITSM process knowledge transfer (informal training)

·          Facilitate process/tool integration requirements workshops for

·         o Data call for organization data (people, places and things)

·         o Service Manager requirements workshop

·         o uCMDB / Universal Discovery (UD) requirements workshop

·         o Real User Management (RUM)/Business Process Manager (BPM) requirements workshop

·         Service Activity #3 – Develop Knowledge Management framework

·         Service Description—

·         Key Activities:

·         Configure NOC content templates for

·         Foswiki (runbooks, procedures, event KBI’s)

·         Known Error Database (KEDB)

·         SharePoint IT KM site

·         Adoption Readiness Training (ART)

·         YouTube© How-To guides

·         KM templates, procedures and run books

·         Create as installed/configured documentation using HP format
