Job Description:-

·         10+ years’ experience in Data center Management Technology

·         5 years of Team handling experience.

·         3-4 years of handling customer communications and managing relationships with customer. 

·         Develop relationship with client and communicate effectively to identify the need and evaluate alternative solutions; manages client expectation effectively

·         Strong communication skills – Verbal and Written

·         Strong team player and should generate enthusiasm among team members

·         Proactive approach to seek opportunities and handle challenges

·         Manages the processes of innovative change / thoughts

·         Should have understanding of the business issues and can think 360 degree

·         Candidate should have work experience under ITIL standards.

·         Should possess good knowledge of Incident management.

·         Should have the understanding of the ticket logging tool.

·         Should be able to work on multiple reports and to work on different data points to reflect the team strengths
