Linux/Unix System Administration
Location :- Wilson, NC
Location :- Full Time/ Permanent

· Good experience in Linux/Unix System Administration (RHEL/SUSE/zOS, AIX, Solaris)
· Managing 3000+ servers in an HA environment.
· Good Knowledge of OS patching, LVM, SAN, NAS. etc
· Good understanding of SAN/NAS in EMC & Hitachi environment.
· Expertise in identifying CPU/Mem/IO bottleneck.
· Good understanding of Network Protocols (such as ARP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, NTP, TCP/IP, SSH and FTP) and able to troubleshoot.
· Systems Automation using scripting; Perl, Bash.
· Experience operating and maintaining internal systems (trouble tickets, Change/Problem management)
· Will be responsible to work HW issues with respective Vendors (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
· On - call Escalation
· Ticket Quality
· Process adherence & Security compliance
· Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results)
· KB preparation and review, Knowledge sharing & documentation
· Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capicity / Architectural Management
· SLA compliance for tickets.
· Value Add.
· Training / Mentoring.
