Title of Position: Network Engineer With ICM

Location: San Antonio, TX

Employment: Long Term

Duration: Contract

Rate: $Negotiable

 

Description:

•           Primarily responsible for converting ICM script to visio flow diagram

•           Working closely with clients to validate routing configuration

•           Understand ICM routing architecture and integration of call center applications into current business systems.

•           Documenting implementations and configurations

•           Understand intelligent call routing and queuing systems (ICM)

Skillset Requirements

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

- Cisco ICM scripting and configuration

- Some Cisco CVP scripting and configuration experience.

- Database (SQL) experience

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
