Role: Siemens PBX Voice Engineer

Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Voice Networking, especially in the enterprise network environment
• Have Extensive experience on Siemens PBX systems such as HiPath 4000 IPDA, Hipath 3500, HiPath 3800, HiCom 300E HiCom 300H, HiCom 150E, HiCom 150H, HiPath 2036 and Xpressions Voicemail system.
• Excellent hands-on experience on Voice Networking technologies and products.
• Good Communication Skills and Excellent team player.
Service Features
• 8 X 5 supporting of Telecom devices
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems, and restore service
• Performance tuning
Technology
• Excellent hands-on experience on the following technologies:
• Siemens PBX Systems
o HiPath 4000 IPDA, Hipath 3500, HiPath 3800, HiCom 300E, HiCom 300H, HiCom 150E, HiCom 150H, HiPath 2036
o Xpressions Voicemail System
• SIP and SIP trunking
o Session Border Controllers
o Session Manager Edition
Key Responsibilities--
• Have very good troubleshooting/deployment and analytical skills.
• Expertise on Siemens Hipath PBX Systems is must.
• Work with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems.
• Resolve Telephony Problems within established time frames.
• Participate in root cause analysis if needed and Produce RCA report.
• Prepare, produce, review and provide a trend analysis report.
• ITIL Process follow and implementation for VoIP technologies
