Title: Windows Active Directory Consultant
Location: Glenn Allen, VA
Duration: 6 Months contract to Hire
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Systems Security Lead – Active Directory Management is responsible for working with the team to provide technical expertise and analytics in the support of the Active Directory consolidation project. This individual will work to ensure technology is meeting existing and future business requirements. This individual will be responsible for working with vendors and technology partners to ensure support systems are in place and overall service quality goals are achieved.
This is a critical operation’s technical support position responsible for ensuring the Active Directory tools, directory and server infrastructure is managed to meet business requirements.
·         Triage technical resource during high impact issues
·         24 x 7 production support
·         Develop and maintain performance reporting, Key Performance Indicators and analytics for server and directory infrastructure environment
·         Ability to communicate with business partners
·         Identifying and driving improvements for Active Directory Management
·         Operational readiness, including stress testing and operational validation
·         Write, review and assist in the creation, modification and review of technical documentation (SOP’s, support flows, RACI’s)
·         Key resource for post problem reviews - identifying root causes and championing resiliency improvements
·         Proactively drive and own problem trending and tracking activities
·         Reduce problems through proactive problem prevention activities
·         Make the tough decisions to prevent negative impact in the environment
·         Automate manual processes to improve quality and speed of service
·         Lead simplification efforts to improve speed and quality of operations for web access management
·         Create, monitor and respond to Key Performance Indicators on regular basis
·         Partner with solutions leaders on changes, testing and coordination
Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or technical degree OR (a minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology)
·         Minimum 5 years of experience with Active Directory and Windows Authentication tools
·         Minimum 5 years of support experience with large enterprise-class applications or services
·         Minimum 2 years of experience working with on and offsite teams, associate and contractors
·         Minimum 2 years of operational experience, assisting in the leadership of technical triage calls
·         Minimum 2 years of experience in technical problem root cause analysis and resolution
·         Minimum 2 years of experience demonstrated research and analytical skills, effectively evaluates information and data to make and act upon solution opportunities
·         Minimum 2 years of experience being a senior member of a highly technical team


Title: Web Access Management Consultant
Location: Glenn Allen, VA
Duration: 6 Months contract to Hire
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Senior Systems Security Lead - Web Access Management is responsible for working with the team to provide technical expertise in the support of the policy server and directory infrastructure. This individual will work to ensure technology is meeting existing and future business requirements. This individual will be responsible for working with vendors and technology partners to ensure support systems are in place and overall service quality goals are achieved.
This is a critical operation’s technical support position responsible for ensuring the Web Access Management policy server and directory infrastructure is managed to meet business requirements.

Title: ITIL Consultant
Location: Glenn Allen, VA
Duration: 6 Months contract to Hire
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
IT Risk Solutions Operations is a growing and dynamic organization. As a senior team member for the operational support of Customer’s Data Loss Prevention solutions, you ensure appropriate data security solutions are in place, sustainably supported, operating effectively and appropriately measured.
Your key responsibilities will include Verdasys Digital Guardian, Cisco IronPort and Symantec DLP operations support - in addition but not limited to incident, problem, change management and defect management.
·         Pro-actively identify and lead efforts to improve the end user experience and reduce defects
·         Write, review and assist in the creation, modification and review of technical documentation (SOP’s, support flows, RACI’s) and communications
·         Incident Management - lead incident response efforts with some nontraditional working hours
·         Work with support teams & client / business partners during incident resolution
·         Lead and ensure the completion of root cause analysis / corrective action restoration processes as a subject matter expert
·         Change Management – Implement and review identified infrastructure changes / operational processes related to S&C
·         Compliance – Ensure security and regulation requirements are enforced, including but not limited to export control (EC) and SOX
·         Proactively identify opportunities for problem management and leverage expertise for resolution
·         Collaboratively working with vendors and team members
·         Drive solution identification, feasibility analysis and implementation recommendations for operational service level improvements

·         Proactively assess DLP safeguards across the DLP tool suite to identify potential risks and perform trend analysis
·         Accountability for all GE Corporate DLP system upgrades and implementation testing
·         Collaborate with IT Risk team members as well as other functional and technical Customer business partners, leadership, vendors and external parties to prepare and deliver appropriate and accurate metrics in preparation for management review
·         Ability to self-direct and work independently when necessary and clearly articulate technical concepts / issues to both technical and non-technical peers and management
·         Work with a globally distributed team and rely heavily on electronic communication
 Qualifications:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

In this role, your key responsibilities will include Antivirus, Encryption, Desktop Back Up Utility operations support, in addition but not limited to incident, problem, change management and defect management.
·         Engage in the day-to-day operational support of the Antivirus, Encryption, Desktop Back Up Utility Tools, Qualys and Vormetric operations support - in addition but not limited to TTO, incident, problem, change management and defect management

The Analyst on the Security & Infrastructure Solutions Operations will be a team member for the operational support of Customer’s Security and Infrastructure Solutions Operations.
