Job Description

Resource should be able to understand and deliver integration needs in production support environment using Seeburger tool. Exposure to multiple version of the Seeburger BIS Suite is required to perform the job. Good understanding on Seeburger BIS v5.6.2 and BISMT v6.3.4, VL- Trader v4.5.

Roles and responsibilities

Ø  Day to Day operations support for production and non-production environment

Ø  Involve in issue resolution and improving the performance of the system

Ø  Work as a team player and contribute towards quality of the delivery

Ø  To carry out unit testing and document the result according and in according to the defined standard methodology

Technical Skills

Ø  Should have work experience in SeeBurger BIS v5.6.2, 6.3.5, BISMT  v6.3.4, VL- Trader v4.5

Ø  Experience in Seeburger mapper and creating workflows to support EDI processes

Ø  Should have sound knowledge on VDA and ODETTE

Ø  Should have experience in setting up communication using  protocols like AS2, FTP, OFTP1 and ISDN 

Ø  Should have experience in multiple standards like EDI ANSI X12/EDIFACT, Shipment Notice and Advanced Shipment Notice is a must

Ø  Error analysis and troubleshooting EDI systems and should have strong understanding of end to end process flow

Ø  B2B Integration Knowledge and Partner communication, Trouble shooting of partner setup is a must

Ø  Deep knowledge of EDI X12 messages and its handling in SEEBURGER

Ø  Established experience managing projects with B2B standards/technologies (RosettaNet, RNIF, EDI, XML, Web Services)

Ø  Should be expert in Unix/Linux environment

Ø  Working experience in Production support for EAI/BPM environment

Ø  Should be aware of the Support, Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management functionalities

Essential Functions of Project Manager:

      Ø  Develop the set of planning documents for each project implementation phases.

Ø  9+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or insurance industry experience.
