Key Ask:  Solid experience working with UX, Process & Development teams implementing platforms that leverage BPO based technologies (call centre, telephony, CRM)

 

Requirements

·         Experience operating at a senior level in on large BPO programmes or Small Enterprise, or Principal consultants from a business process consulting experience and a deep technology background

·         Experience in the travel consumer services or telecommunications space is a must: especially those adopting emerging technologies like chatbots, CRM, intelligent call routing and RPA.

·         Familiar with an unstructured environment, self-managing and has an entrepreneurial spirit

·         Extensive experience in Business and Operational Process Digitisation & RPA tooling

·         Experience advising C-Level in the formation and steering several large delivery programmes

·         Worked in an Agile Organisation: Familiar with advising and enabling culture change to adopt lean principles and be more experimental operationally

·         Experience leading the technology & architecture vision for a BPO engagement or a digitally transformed company

·         Experience setting up transformation programmes that leverages modern technology stacks, with a history of leveraging predictive or behavioural analytics for insight, a plus

·         Knowledge of architectural impacts of designing an application platform to run in cloud/hybrid-cloud multi-tenant environments

·         Track record working together with multi-faceted architecture & delivery teams that span experience, application, data, network, infrastructure, & security disciplines

 

 Skills that should be second nature:

·         Business process reimagination to create competitive advantage for customer. Making them leaner, faster and user centric

·         Expertise creating future state business & process roadmaps, with a track record of delivery against those roadmaps

·         Stand in for the client in interim design review meetings to provide feedback, keeping things on track throughout the process

·         Be a SME on the consumer industries, the company and their customers providing thought leadership to advise the client and to provide context to the teams

·         Identify gaps in the information and supplement it with additional user research, both primary & secondary

·         Work with UX designers to build an understanding of the real end users of the system

·         Work with client and technology team to identify game-changing opportunities for operations teams

·         Serve as the voice of the technology team by asking questions, testing ideas, and understanding constraints

IT Security Portfolio Manager

Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Infrastructure Portfolio Manager has the responsibility of planning, organizing, and providing leadership to an assigned team of resources, with the ultimate goal of delivering complex and large IT Infrastructure Security projects on time and within budget, such that the business requirements are met, while adhering to Customer standard Project Management methodology. The responsibility includes ensuring the projects align with the IT Technology Roadmap to provide the maximum return on investment. The Infrastructure Portfolio Manager IV is also responsible for the program management oversight of the IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio in terms of making sure that business requirements are clearly identified, proper project artifacts and deliverables are produced and maintained, project risks/issues are being identified/escalated/tracked, project status are communicated in a timely manner, and the overall project resource capacity plan is maintained. In addition, the Infrastructure Portfolio Manager is responsible for ensuring that all the IT Infrastructure Risks and Audit items are being tracked for remediation.

Required Skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.    Resource Demand Management:

·         Ensure project requests are evaluated, aligned and prioritized in terms of objectives, benefit and criticality.

·         Co-facilitate the IT Steering Committee meetings to discuss project prioritization and overall project status.

·         Co-facilitate the IT Resource Planning meetings to discuss in flight and upcoming projects that have cross-functional impact and resource requirements.

·         Review the Infrastructure Capacity Plan on a regular basis, providing feedback to the IT Infrastructure Resource Managers in terms of over/under allocations and project resource capacity risks.

·         Collaborate with the Resource Managers to align staffing capacity and release scheduling processes.

 

B.     Infrastructure Project Portfolio Management:

a. Program management oversight of the IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio in terms of:

·         Project resource coordination

·         Project scheduling

·         Project issues & risks identification, escalation, and tracking

·         Project status communications 

b. Responsible for the various stages of the project life cycle

·         Creation and maintenance of project artifacts including (but not limited to) project scope, business case, business requirements, technical development and testing documentation and all relevant presentation materials

·         Creation and maintenance of a detailed project schedule

·         Develop and coordinate a project communication plan

·         Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up.

·         Ensure project scope, schedule and budget are established and managed throughout the program/project lifecycle

·         Ensure project and issue status is communicated to business stakeholders, IT Management and project team members

·         Ensure expectations are managed and risks/issues are identified early, and mitigated

·         Shares with the accountability and responsibility of the project outcome

 

C.     Risk and Audit Management

·         Creation and maintenance of IT Infrastructure Risks and Audit tracking list – sources include PCI and FFIEC gap assessments, NCUA and other regulatory compliance examinations

·         Ensure that action items are identified, assigned, and properly monitored for completion

 

D.    Ongoing:

·         Maintain positive working relationship with project teams, business units and external vendors.

·         Stay abreast of industry trends in business and technology

Required Experience

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
