Title: Senior GMI Configurator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Capital Markets, MO Provide Production and Non production support for Derivatives and Middle Office operations. Participate in design, development and support of BackOffice confirmations middle office and settlements systems often using new technologies. Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Provide technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of a project team or as an individual contributor. Consult with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Use and apply basic technical principles, concepts and techniques. Work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers.

years’ experience in Global Markets Listed Derivatives utilizing SunGard GMI
5 years’ experience as a GMI configuration
Deep knowledge of SunGard GMI data model and processing modules, ability to understand and modify GMI processing streams for both memo and end of day processes.

to design and document technical specifications and provide to development

Understanding of SunGard GMI trade load interfaces and transaction processing.
Knowledge of SunGard GMI fees and commission modules and capabilities.
Have troubleshooting skills and address any user concerns/issues with GMI for F&O and OTC processing. Rerun of reports, investigations with log files etc.
