applications for a IB customer in accordance to ITIL framework.
üPerform
application support and maintenance and help in code release to production.
üAnalyze
and troubleshoot customer problems during Production support
üAbility
to resolve complex issues and identify root cause
üService
requests from users and Development Team.
üAble
to perform processes as defined for the service delivery.
üAbility
to collaborate in suggesting optimization in the processes to remove redundancy
from the processes.
üAbility
to think and act fast in a very dynamic environment
üin a
team operating 24X7.

Reporting
üAbility
to drive Root cause analysis
üPreparing
adhoc reports for review.
Mandatory
Skills:
ü6+ years’ experience in the production support.
üUnderstanding
of the Production Support Environment
üProblem solving and solution development skills
üExpert
in windows environment, IIS servers, .Net framework ( any version).
üExpert
in DB – SQL server 200x.
üIB
