Location: Houston, TX

 Role and Responsibility / Job Description:

• Overall functional experience of minimum 4-5 years in Oracle CRM modules like Oracle Depot Repair, Oracle Service request and Oracle Install Base.
• It can be Implementation/Support project.
• Experience with Oracle R12 is preferred.
• Good understanding on functional processes of CRM modules including Depot Repair, Service Request and Install Base as well as integration with Oracle OM module.
• Good understanding on modules like Oracle OM module and Oracle SCM modules is added bonus.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Should have experience in providing training to users in the execution of Oracle transactions, preparing training documentation and Test Script.
• Should have excellent client handling skills which should include helping users to process transaction and log tickets for any Oracle R12 issue in "Support" tool.
• Ability to work independently with users located at branches/sites, Support team and Project team.
• Actively participate in issue resolution discussions, retesting of defects and driving resolution of open tickets.
