Job Description:-
·         Worked in a fast paced Helpdesk/Technical environment.
·         Troubleshooting technical problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
·         Installing and upgrading software as needed.
·         Resolving Microsoft Exchange Issues in a Microsoft Domain Environment.
·         Configured User Accounts, password resProcessed Credit Card payments and submitted payment authorizations for the IT Division
·         Maintained files related to different projects.
·         Provided excellent customer support to Users
·         Maintained excellent rapport with City Vendors to get quotes for various projects.
·         Handled multiple projects and met deadlines
