Must possess strong executive/senior leader quality customer service skills
·
At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
·
Prefer Dell Certified Technician
·
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
·
Strong Microsoft operating System installation and troubleshooting skills
·
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy
·
Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to comprehend SLA’s and in scope
work
·
Strong Break / Fix skills Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers
·
Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Intel
Servers and Telecoms
·
Unix first level troubleshooting and software loading
·
Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support to entire staff, representing
a variety of personalities and management levels including executive
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills
·
Good time management skills and the ability to work independently if needed
·
Must be detail oriented and self-motivating
·
Background security check required
·
Experience performing remote control of PCs and video conferencing knowledge
·
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
·
Ability to walk long distances across large plants
