Essential
Functions (Responsibilities):
·        
8+
years of experience OLFM Modules on 11i and R12 project implementations
·        
Good
understanding of End to End Lease Life cycle process
·        
Knowledge
of Lease Concepts, US GAAP Accounting treatment for Leases
·        
Good
knowledge of Lease Contract Authoring/Booking , Lease Funding 
·        
Good
understanding of Rebook, Transfer and Assumption, Renewal, Release and Upgrade
processes
·        
Knowledge
of Lease Concepts, US GAAP treatment for Leases
·        
Good
knowledge of Cash application process including cash application rules,
investigation of unapplied, unidentified cash
·        
Good
knowledge of  Lease Accounting at various stages of Lease life cycle
(Booking, Funding, Invoicing, Receipt application, Accruals, Non-accrual, loss
provisions, Rebook, Renewals, Release, Termination, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements:
·        
Academic
Qualification Bachelors in Commerce and preferred CA/ICWA
·        
Working
knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables,
Cash Management and  General Ledger)
Desired:
·        
Understanding
of Syndication / Securitization of Lease Contracts
·        
Understanding
of accounting for Syndicated / Securitized contracts
