for Large Engagement – 15Mn+: involving assets, hosting, services etc.
The
candidate should have:
·
Sound technical knowledge on Infrastructure technologies and
understanding of Business mapping.
·
Able to have dialogue with customer architecture team and
senior leadership on emerging technologies, relevance to environment and
suggest the roadmap.
·
Excellent customer relationship management at CXO levels
–experience in presenting Operations and Strategic reviews to senior stake
holders
·
Experience in managing technical team at onsite / offshore
model
·
Excellent communication and Presentation skills in both
verbal & written
·
Process centric – good understanding on ITIL, SLA, OLA etc.
·
Excellent in Analysis & Automation – identify the areas
which can be automated for improving the efficiency & effectiveness
·
Should have 15+ year experience of which 3+ years as
Infrastructure architect (enterprise level)
·
TOGAF certification will be added advantage.
