Title: Network Voice

Location: Teaneck, NJ & Miami, FL

Description:

• CUCM routing, call control, and media resources
• CUBE configurations including carrier side SIP trunking (experience with Verizon BEST preferred)
• Voice gateways including DSP’s, PRI’s, dial peers, hunting, and caller ID manipulation
• Managing complex dial plans
• Understanding Cisco best practice for device configuration and site build out
• Understanding CUCM partition and search spaces, plus how to apply them in different scenarios
• Ability to troubleshoot complex call flow between endpoints
• Ability to capture, read and decipher sip signaling communications between devices 


Hands-on experience with:
• Unity Connection
• Contact Center Express
• VMware ESXi
• UCS hardware platforms
Telepresence experience (hands-on):
• Managing VCS routing/search rules
• CUCM routing, call control, and media resources
• VCSc/VCSe integrations
• SIP trunking
• H.323/SIP/TIP troubleshooting
• Scheduling meetings through Cisco Telepresence Ma (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
On - call Escalation
Ticket Quality
Process adherence & Security compliance
