Details:
- Experience Level: 1-5 Years
- Strong desktop administration and
troubleshooting skills on Windows 7/Previous flavors and knowledge on
- server products.
- Proficiency in using & configuring
Microsoft Office suite of products
- In depth knowledge of desktop hardware and
peripherals (memory, hard disk, storage, USB, KVM).
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
on various devices i.e. desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile
- devices.
- Incident Management (Experience in working
on Remedy is an added advantage)
- Antivirus Management (client side issues)
- Knowledge on Backup Technologies.
- Windows OS & Application deployment
services skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Installer.
- Knowledge on Projectors and Video
Conferencing Systems.
- Assist staff with installation,
configuration and on-going usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral
equipment
- and software complying with given standards
and guidelines.
- Participate in varied computer platforms in
multi-layered
