Role: Senior Voice Analyst (CUCM, Gateway)

Location: San Jose, CA

 

CUCM and CUC:
1.Server load balance (Device pool, CUCM Group, MRGL and Region)

2.Routing (Route, Hunt, Local Routing, Logical Partition, SIP URI)
3.Trunk (ICT, SIP, H323), Gatekeeper.

4.Endpoint registration and troubleshoot.
5.LDAP, DNS and SNMP integration.

6.Unity Call handlers.
7.VM Port, pilot and profile.
8.CUCM, CUC and IMP service management.
9.Cisco ILS, Directory, SIP URI and service profile.
10.CUCM and CUC integration (SIP and SCCP)
11.User mail box and notification settings.
12.Unity routing rules
13.CUCM and CUC patch, Firmware and version upgrade.
14.Cluster consolidation and Migration. 15.Integration with other PBX

Gateway:
1.VG2XX configuration and troubleshoot.
2.DSP Configuration and Troubleshooting
3.E1/T1 configuration and troubleshoot.

4.Dial-peer configuration.
5.Gateway debugs and analyse the logs.

6.MGCP and CUBE configuration.
7.Cisco SRST configuration.
8.FXO/FXS configuration.

IM and Presence::
1.IMP Integration with CUCM.
2.Jabber registration, service policy mapping and presence settings.

3.Federation with other domain, Server top level and FQDN
4.VCS/Expressway c and E, SRV records.

5.Zone creation, License calculation and balancing.
