Role: TIBCO SOA Consultant
Location: Melville, NY
Job Type: Permanent (FTE)
Requirement:
· Solid experience in installation and configuration of TIBCO instances and clusters in highly available and fault tolerant Virtualized environment
· Strong skills in capacity planning and performance tuning of TIBCO SOA infrastructure
· Experience in installation and configuration of a TIBCO SOA Environment and its supporting technologies
· Strong experience with Scripting(Ant, Maven, Shell Script) for automation installation, configuration and deployment
· Experience with interpreting Development Requirements and implementing Web Services standards and technologies (e.g., XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, .UDDI, etc.)
· Experience creating SOA environment administration processes and controls to meet security and compliance audit requirements
· Experience with developing best practices and cross-training on operational standards, processes, and procedures
· Experience with Continuous Integration process
· Knowledge on Bus (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
On - call Escalation
Ticket Quality
Process adherence & Security compliance
Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results)
KB preparation and review, Knowlegde sharing & documentation
Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capicity / Architectural Management
SLA compliance for tickets
