2 senior (7 – 10 years)

2 mid (4 – 7 years)

1 junior-level (less than 4 years)

Skills:

·         Has a very good understanding of SAP

·         Agile & hybrid agile,

·         Web or front-end technologies, HTML5, JavaScript,

·         MS Office (esp. powerpoint & excel),

·         PM tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana etc.),

·         proficiency in a solution (CRM, SRM etc.) or technical platform/language (SharePoint, Java, ABAP etc.)

Experience:

·         Ability to be the hub between business/process, UX design and technology teams

·         Should’ve been a part of a few SAP implementations (directly or indirectly) and knows the opportunities/challenges of working with SAP teams

·         High-level understanding of SAP landscape and key components

·         High-level understanding of the roles & responsibilities of folks on a SAP implementation

·         Familiar with business terminology e.g. CRM, procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire, operations, logistics etc.

·         Understands where enterprise software is headed – consumerization of IT

·         Appreciates User Experience Design

·         High-level understanding of UX design methodology (research, wireframe, VD, prototype, feedback)

·         Has worked in an Agile or hybrid agile mode

·         Very good presentation skills + very good storyboarding skills
