Role                 : SCOM Consultant – Level 3

Location           : Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Duration           : 6+ Months

 

·         Architect custom management packs. Manage the update to management packs.

·         Architect/Manage integration with other dashboard/reporting/OpsBridge/SNOW tools. Etc..

·         Review Monitoring standards with stack holders. Review/Authorize requests of any change in monitoring beyond standard.

·         Automate agent deployment and other regular activities. Create and manage tasks (OO). Document the SOP for L1/L2

·         Support and perform product updates. Manage high-level product / environment problems.

·         Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective maintenance plan
