Role: VMware vRealize Engineer
Location: Orlando, FL
Job Type: Contract
· In-depth knowledge of VMware vRealize Automation 6.x
· In-depth knowledge of VMware vRealize Orchestrator 6.x
· In-depth knowledge of Puppet, Chef or other Automation tools
· Strong knowledge of VMware vRealize Operations Management 6
· Provide planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading support for vRealize Automation & vRealize Orchestrator
· Participate in solution design of daily system administrator operations task automation
· Participate in Enterprise testing for integration of proposed new technologies to be included in the Enterprise design and develop test-related documentation
· Participate in discussions for next generation of virtualization with cross functional teams between engineering, networking and architecture
· Develop & keep up to date internal documentation for key systems
· Configuration and installation of vRealize Automation Suite Software Solution, as per VMware recommended practices.
· Creation of Service Blueprints, Service Catalogs using Orchestrator and customize Blue prints using Javascript.
· Publish the Service catalogs to Self Service Portal.
· Integrate and configure the vRealize Automation with ITSM Tool Service Now and Updating using REST API / Blueprints/JavaScript.
· Integrate various components of Suite as Log Insight, vRealize Operations suite.
· Knowledge of PERL, Powershell, Ruby, Python
· Web-development experience is a plus
