Job Title: Web Developer OR Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
· To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions
· To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
· To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
· To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Responsibilities:
· Build modular components in AngularJS 1.x/2 directives
· Write automated tests via TDD to foster effective, reusable, and flexible code
· Implement front-end security and data protection
· Write RESTful API specs for back-end devs to build
· Do code reviews for front-end and back-end devs
· Develop build steps to increase dev velocity
Required:
· Comfortable with ES6/2015
· Experience with Microservices and/or Service-Oriented Architecture
· Passionate about creating high-quality, flexible code
· Expertise in AngularJS, including directives, factories, and testing
· Proficient in HTML, SCSS, and Bootstrap 3
· Proficient with Git and GitHub/BitBucket
· Proficient with JWT user authentication
· Proficient with preprocessors and build tools (Sass, Babel, Gulp, etc)
· Strong understanding of design patterns
· Strong understanding of UI design principles
Major Plus:
· Experience with Node.js
· Strong understanding of UX best practices
· Experience with Photoshop or Sketch
· Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra), specifically performance, modularization, and maintainability
· Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment
· Experience with scripting deployment tasks with tools like Puppet, Chef, or others
· Experience with Google Cloud or AWS
