Position: Vblock (and vCAC) Cloud Architect
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Responsibilities
Architectural design, implementation and proactive support of the following
· VMware vRealize Automation Center 6.2/7.0/7.1
· VMware vCops and other Vmware products ex – Loginsight, VCM
Technical Skills
Proficiency in vRealize Automation Center 6.2/7.0/7.1, Upgrades and Extensions
· Develop & Implement automated workflows using VRO
· Excellent knowledge of Java Script to write workflows in VRO
· Experience with VMware NSX integration
· Experience in administration of VMware ESX 5.0/5.5/6.0
· Experience in upgrading VRA environment from vRA 6.x to 7.x
· Basic understand of Converged environment using vBlock and EMC storage
Additional Skills and Experience required
· Expertise in preparing design documents
· Must have been part of one vRA deployment
Soft Skills
· Candidate should processes excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
· Excellent documentation skill
· Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
· Should have great customer handling skills
· Able to handle unforeseen situations
· Excellent team player capabilities
· Can drive HCL’s value and its methodology
