Responsibilities:
• Follow organizational SDLC processes and best practices in an Agile team environment.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain high quality, secure, efficient, reliable, extendable, reusable, and easy to maintain technical solutions.
• Follow project specific templates, processes and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet commitments.
• Suggest ideas that impact the project performance or provide effective solution for the complex problem.
• Support other developers to resolve their issues which will help them to complete their stories.
Skills
• Must have 6-9 years of experience.
• Must have experience with Web Services and J2EE Web Application.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, programming, data structures and algorithms.
• Must have experience with exception handling, logging and application security best practices.
• Must have experience with REST web service .
• Must have experience with Spring MVC framework and Spring Integration.
• Must have experience with XML Process Technologies - XPATH, XSLT.
• Good experience with RDBMS, SQL and JPA implementations such as Hibernate ORM.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Stash.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle, and continuous integration platforms like Jenkins.
• Proficient with test automation frameworks like JUnit.
• Proficient with mocking framework like Mockito.
• Good Knowledge of Static code analysis like SONAR, checkstyle.
• Must be able to work independently.
