Role: Instructional Designer
Location: Puerto Rico
Mandatory: Must be able to speak Spanish

Required Skills
·         3-5 years’ experience in instructional design, specifically for system applications
·         Instructor-led training experience (classroom and online)
·         Proven knowledge of adult and cognitive learning theories
·         Extensive experience implementing recognized instructional design methodologies
·         Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of quality control throughout your work
·         Proficient with MS office suite
·         Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks and demands
·         Excellent interpersonal skills, heightened sense of urgency, results-oriented
·         Leadership, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to work in a start-up style work environment
·         Experience in systematic approaches to learning and recommending blended solutions.
·         Strong technical background needed.
·         Experience with HTML and eLearning developments tools such as Articulate and Captivate.
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
·         Action-oriented and organized, able to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
·         Contribute to the development of course templates and maintain a working knowledge of assigned products and processes
·         Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and others across the organization to create accurate, useful training modules for classroom and online courses
·         Create project plans and provide accurate risk assessments for all projects; meet deadlines and reprioritize as needed to complete timely delivery of instructional design projects
·         Manage course projects from inception to completion
·         Design, develop, and deliver classroom, online (web-based), and e-learning courseware for web-based applications that effectively organizes and communicates technical subject matter and business processes
·         Analyze business documentation to determine functions and interfaces necessary for training
·         Confer with users, the business, and the development teams to ascertain training requirements.
·         Compose content documentation for both technical and business processes including flow charts, file layouts, instructional objectives, narratives, etc.
·         Produce the course design, including storyboards used by eLearning developers.
·         Develop training materials, communications, job aids, and other relevant learning tools
·         Identify the detailed work tasks, priorities and resources to manage project time line to implement the defined deployment and training strategies.
·         Conduct training for provider organizations, internal staff, and others on the use of web-based applications including some basic training relative to business process reengineering.
·         Manage application training projects across multiple, cross-functional business process and technical deployment teams that involve integration of operations and support services as well as those provided by several vendors/business associates
·         Develop newsletters, brochures, and notices in collaboration with the business and project teams to address ongoing communications needs, special situations, changes in policy or procedure, or launches of new online services
