Roles
& Responsibilities
·
Create,
review and edit documents for cohesion and direction including SOPs, Training
Standards, Policies, Reference Guides, and Processes
·
Use
feedback to recommend ideas for improved product development and support
services to further support the business
·
Assist
in standardizing documentation, as well as developing a repository to archive
all necessary records
·
Format
materials in a professional manner for distribution and create screen shots and
visual aids to assist in training
·
Poses
a willingness to learn operations procedures and work with associates to ensure
accuracy, completeness and compliance to standards, guidelines and processes
·
Acquire
subject knowledge by interviewing resources, and observing performance of
production methods.
Essential
Skills
·
Bachelor's
Degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 3 years technical
writing experience
·
Ability
to generate content from provided summary knowledge and process overview in
collaboration with a subject matter expert
·
Excellent
oral and written communication skills , strong attention to detail and English
grammar
·
Ability
to work independently and with teams while prioritizing multiple projects
·
Results
oriented individual who exhibits high energy, strategic thinking and global
collaborative approach
