Title of Position: Oracle Property Management

Location: Orlando, FL

Duration: 6+ Months

Role and Responsibility / Job Description:

· Should have sound knowledge in Oracle AP,AR,GL,CE.

o Essential :11i / Desirable R12

· Thorough knowledge of property Management

· Must have exposure of Property Manager integration with AP and AR

· Should have knowledge in Creation of leases, lease generations and Billing Generation

· Should have an exposure on automate the assessment of Rent Increases

· Should have an exposure on automate the space Assignment and Utilizations

· Should have good understanding of business process related to Property Management

· Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.

· Basic knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL needed

· Experienced at working with IT and business team

· Should have worked in Application Support Maintenance environment
