Title of Position: Business Data Analyst

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 12 + months

Job description:

· Work closely with clients to define the scope and business requirements

· Write detailed functional requirements and use cases

· Partner with data providers to ensure model requirements are met

· Support development team in creating detailed technical specifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required for the position:

· 8 years of experience will be preferred. Should have very good/effective communication skills

· Knowledge of various types of traded capital market products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives.

· Strong Data Analytics (SQL Skills)

· Proficient in SQL query

· working expeience in a large database platform (e.g. DB2, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)

· Hands on building data models etc
