Technical
Requirements

Computing
or similar subject related degree
·
Interpersonal
sensitivity and customer responsiveness
·
Excellent
spoken and written communication skills
·
Ability
to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply
·
CCA Certification is compulsory.
·
MCP
/ MCTS/ MCSA/MCSE or MCITP in Windows 2000 or above would be added advantage.
·
2-3 years experience in one or more of
: W2K/W2k3/W2K8
·
Strong
system administration skills on Win 200x servers
·
Usage
of remote connectivity tools like Terminal Services, PC Anywhere, etc
·
Working
Knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS
·
Hardware
knowledge and troubleshooting experience
·
1-2 years experience on Citrix Metaframe XP or
Presentation Server 3.0/4.0/4.5 or XenApp
·
Administration
of Citrix Servers and Farm management.
·
Citrix
load balancing and load management.
·
Troubleshooting
of Web interface (Nfuse Server) and configuration of secure gateway <- Might
not be needed in your case.
·
Resource
manager and reports generation.
·
Experience
in Installation manager and publishing applications on Citrix.
·
User
administration and print management on Citrix.
·
Troubleshooting
of Citrix servers and user issues.
·
Exposure
on Citrix licensing.
·
PNA
/ ICA client configuration and management.
·
Suggesting
improvements in the design/process
·
Preparing
daily/monthly reports
·
Preparing
the incident report/root cause analysis reports
