Position: DC Ops Monitoring

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: FTE

Level: L2

Job Description:

·         Experience – 4 to 6 years’ experience

·         Having good understanding about DCOPS monitoring - Basic knowledge on the monitoring tools like (lynx, CSA remedy, etc.)

·         Basic knowledge on hardware side in servers, clients and network devices.

·         Good understanding of operating system (windows and Linux)

·         Good knowledge on backup (Net backup) and storage (NAS, SAN)

·         Good knowledge in SLA and Basics of ITIL (Change, problem, incident mgmt).

·         Good communication skills and Emailing ethics- Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Good understanding of escalation process as per the policies and procedures

·         Should have basic troubleshooting and problem determination skills

·         Exposure to IT Infrastructure Monitoring tool and ticketing tool

·         Should be ready to work in 24X7 environments.
