Description:
·
Sound
technical knowledge on Infrastructure technologies and understanding of
Business mapping.
·
Able
to have dialogue with customer architecture team and senior leadership on
emerging technologies, relevance to their environment and suggest the future
roadmap.
·
Excellent
customer relationship management at CXO levels
·
Experience
in presenting Operations and Strategic reviews to senior stake holders
·
Experience
in managing technical team at onsite /
offshore model
·
Excellent
communication and Presentation skills in both verbal & written
·
Process
centric – good understanding on ITIL, SLA, OLA etc.
·
Excellent
in Analysis & Automation – identify the areas which can be automated for
improving the efficiency & effectiveness
·
Should
have 15+ year experience of which 3+ years as Infrastructure architect (enterprise level)
·
Should
have experience with service provider
preferably IOP supporting Retail / CPG customers
·
Core
strength should be Datacenter Operations
and Architects
