Role: Cisco Voice Engineer

Location: Elk Grove, IL

Duration: 6+ Month

·         minimum- 7-10 years’ experience

·         Proficient in Cisco ICM Call Routing

·         Understands and is able to troubleshoot a Cisco UCCE environment- minimum 5-7 years’ experience

·         Works well with others

·         Able to work flexible hours. Perform all Cisco ICM call routing duties for the Cargo, ATO, and BRC contact centers. Assist in the troubleshooting and daily operations of the Global ACD(GACD) Cisco UCCE platform and the Enterprise Voice Cisco infrastructure. Knowledge of AT&T Route and Genesys ICM a plus."
