Title of Position: Analyst – (Pharmacy / Clinical and Documentation / Ambulatory / Registration & Scheduling)

01. Pharmacy Analyst:
Job Description:
· The Quest Pharmacy Analyst will provide Tier xxxx application assistance, as well as some technical support for the product.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Responsible for troubleshooting and change requests providing technical and clinical support
· To serve as a technical expert for
· Experience in Sunrise Pharmacy (SRx)/Sunrise Medication Manager (SMM) configuration and order build
· Experience in supporting Pyxis (inventory mgmt.),prescription writer, auxillary medstation, eMAR, medication reconciliation modules
· Experience in supporting Sunrise Clinical Manager
· Writing and running SQL queries
· End-to-End individual issue ownership from acknowledgment to resolution.
· Facilitating communication between the customer, vendors, application support and development
· Documentation of 100% calls logged/calls received into ticket tracking system
· Adherence to standard operating procedures and performance metrics
· Available for after business hours on-call support duties on a rotation basis.
02. Clinical and Documentation Analyst:
Job Description:
· Quest Clinical and Documentation analyst will provide Tier xxxx application assistance, as well as some technical support for the product.
Primary responsibilities include:
· To provide technical and clinical support for Quest registration, scheduling system
· Experience in supporting Clinical summary, echarts, flowsheets,clinical viewers
· Experience in supporting M*modal application
· Working knowledge of inpatient and/or ambulatory clinic workflows
· Experience using / supporting an EMR System’s Clinical Documentation module
· Experience using / implementing / supporting the Allscripts (Eclipsys) Sunrise Clinical Manager CORE module (including order entry, results, patient lists, clinical summary), Ambulatory module, Clinical Documentation module, and/or Security module
· Working knowledge of HL7and other interface/integration strategies
· End-to-End individual issue ownership from acknowledgment to resolution.
· Facilitating communication between the customer, vendors, application support and development
· Documentation of 100% calls logged/calls received into ticket tracking system
· Adherence to standard operating procedures and performance metrics
· Available for after business hours on-call support duties on a rotation basis.
03. Ambulatory Analyst:
Job Description:
· Quest Ambulatory analyst will provide Tier xxxx application assistance, as well as some technical support for the product.
Primary responsibilities include:
· To provide technical and clinical support for Quest ambulatory application
· Experience in supporting Prescription writer,results,secure health messages, clinical notes of Quest ambulatory HER
· Knowledge of Allscripts Sunrise Ambulatory Care
· Experience in electronic medical record systems workflow, and or computer analyst experience
· Understanding of clinical and office workflows and basic Health Information Management (HIM) processes
· HL7, HIPAA knowledge is preferable
· End-to-End individual issue ownership from acknowledgment to resolution.
· Facilitating communication between the customer, vendors, application support and development
· Documentation of 100% calls logged/calls received into ticket tracking system
· Adherence to standard operating procedures and performance metrics
· Available for after business hours on-call support duties on a rotation basis.
04. Registration & Scheduling Analyst
Job Description:
· Quest Registration and scheduling analyst will provide Tier xxxx application assistance, as well as some technical support for the product.
Primary responsibilities include:
· To provide technical and clinical support for Quest registration, scheduling system
· Experience in supporting Sunrise enterprise scheduling and registration, admissions, ED registration, referrals, consultation
· Experience using / implementing Financial, Administrative or Clinical Care Systems (e.g. Allscripts/Eclipsys Access Manager and Enterprise Scheduling)
· Working knowledge of HL7and other interface/integration strategies
· End-to-End individual issue ownership from acknowledgment to resolution.
· Facilitating communication between the customer, vendors, application support and development
· Documentation of 100% calls logged/calls received into ticket tracking system
· Adherence to standard operating procedures and performance metrics
· Available for after business hours on-call support duties on a rotation basis.
