Job Description

MobileIron
Agent Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of any Agent Sync Issues
·
Supporting
MobileIron Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for the end users
·
Hands
on Experience on MobileIron Admin console.
·
Supporting
Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration for iOS,
Android, Windows Mobile Devices and Tablets. Basic Troubleshooting of Email
Access issues in registered Mobile Devices
·
Handling
MobileIron Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue
·
Should
be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console
·
Monitor
and ensure the MobileIron Services Availability
·
Distribute
and Monitor Applications published using MobileIron Admin console
·
Generate
and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published
