Airwatch :- Job Description
o MobileIron/Airwatch Agent Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of any Agent Sync Issues
o Supporting MobileIron/Airwatch Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for the end users
o Hands on Experience on MobileIron/Airwatch Admin console.
o Supporting Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration for iOS, Android, Windows Mobile Devices and Tablets. Basic Troubleshooting of Email Access issues in registered Mobile Devices
o Handling MobileIron/Airwatch Incident Tickets and Basic Service Request in Queue
o Should be able to Query, Add, Lock, Wipe, Retire Devices from Admin console
o Monitor and ensure the MobileIron/Airwatch Services Availability
o Distribute and Monitor Applications published using MobileIron Admin console o Generate and Provide various reports including Agent status, Application Published Status "
o Able to architecture policies and push down to mobile devices o Able to conf (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution) On - call Escalation Ticket Quality
