· Needing a expert programmer knowledge of ServiceWatch
· The completion of the DRIP ServiceWatch Application mapping effort to including:
o The mapping of applications through the infrastructure including the database name on the database server.
o Addressing and resolving all required issues and changes needed to complete that mapping
o All tasks to get the ServiceWatch mapping data into ServiceNow
o All tasks to associate and make accessible to the DRIP team the data tying Application IDs to the ServiceWatch mapped infrastructure data.
