Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ

Duration: Full Time

 

·         Good understanding of Genesys Framework 7.x and 8.x Configuration, Installation and troubleshooting for Genesys Framework

·         Good understanding of URS, IRD, GVP, OCS, Infomart, CC Pulse, Interactive insight.

·         Good understanding of Genesys T server and SIP server integration with Cisco Call Manager , Other IP enabled EBPX and CTI integration.

·         Good understanding of telecom protocol like, ISDN, H.323, SIP and VOIP.

·         Good understanding of SQL DB and should be able to write queries etc.

·         Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of GVP.

·         Basic knowledge of GVP Studio and application call flows.

·         Good understanding for Genesys SAP, CTI, Salesforce connector etc.

·         Good understanding of Genesys integration with 3rd party system

·         Basic understanding of CUCM & Cisco unity connection version 8.x and 9.x.

·         Understanding of CCpulse and Historical reporting.

·         Understanding of ETL process etc.

·         Good communication skills. Open for 24x7 availability Should be able to jump on P1 bridges and drive the technical troubleshooting
