CLIENT BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
1. Improve the information technology and related capabilities of the BD Entities
2. Improve process efficiency by leveraging Supplier’s capabilities
3. Reduce the BD Entities’ costs of receiving information technology services
4. Provide a solution that enables flexibility to address ongoing changes in the business operations of the BD Entities, as well as changes in technology throughout the MOSA Term
5. Refocus the BD Entities’ internal employees on higher-value retained activities
6. Leverage Supplier’s insights into and experience in information technology and medical technology company innovation
PROJECT SUPPORT NEEDS
- Project assignments have a focus on consolidating 2 company’s infrastructure, improving manageability and technical currency of the environment and the end-user experience
- Project assignments will be 70% DC/Infrastructure and 30% EUC; and will cover DC floor space and infrastructure build-outs.
