·         8-10 years of performance testing experience

·         Ability to create/edit test scripts using IBM Rational Performance Tool

·         Identity performance bottlenecks and update management

·         Work under aggressive time liens

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Lead test team and manage 10 systems

·         Experience with Application performance Monitoring tools – AppDynamics, CA-Wily, Dynamtrace etc

·         Individual contributor and team leadership to execute the plan under aggressive deadline
